ORDERING & DELIVERY

 

PRODUCTION TIMING

Each Anna Xaniotaki hat is handmade to the highest standards, so please allow time for this level of craftsmanship.

Production time: 3–4 weeks from order confirmation. Please note that we do not keep ready-made hats in stock—every piece is made to order, specifically for you.

Some designs may require additional time if specialty materials need to be sourced. All materials are carefully selected from Florence and Milan, Italy, with delivery taking 3–5 days. You will be informed of any extended timelines at the time of ordering.

Once your hat is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped within 2–3 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and destination. Tracking information will be provided automatically.

 

NEED YOUR HAT SOONER?

If you need your hat by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to request an earlier despatch. We will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Please note: Rush orders incur a 20–25% fee to cover expedited production costs.

 

SPRING/SUMMER SEASON

Due to high demand during wedding and race season, production times in May and June may be extended. To ensure your hat arrives in time for summer events, we recommend ordering well in advance.

 

PACKAGING & DELIVERY

Your handmade hat will be beautifully packaged and sent with great care. All hats are delivered in a premium hat box that you can use for storage. The hat box is then placed inside a protective outer carton for safe transit.

All orders are shipped worldwide via DHL.

Shipping is complimentary for orders within Europe and the United Kingdom, dispatched via DHL standard service. 
Express delivery is available upon request at an additional cost.

For destinations outside Europe, a flat shipping rate of €55 applies — all international orders are dispatched via DHL Express. 

Estimated delivery times after despatch:
     Greece: 2–3 business days 
     Europe — EU & non-EU countries: 3–9 business days
     USA, Canada & worldwide: 3–7 business days

DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE THE EU)

For orders outside the EU, customs duties, local taxes, and clearance fees are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are applied by your local customs office upon delivery and administered by the courier.

Please check your country's customs regulations before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or for packages refused due to customs charges.

Important: If a package is refused or returned due to non-payment of duties/taxes, no refund will be issued and return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

 

INSURANCE & CLAIMS

Each of our creations is handled with the utmost care. Once your parcel leaves our atelier, it is in the hands of our trusted partner, DHL. We personally monitor every shipment until it reaches your doorstep to ensure a smooth and secure delivery experience.

While we are not responsible for carrier delays, your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event of an issue, we will work closely with you to find the best possible solution. While the courier assumes responsibility for the transit, we are here to support you. In the rare event of loss or damage, we will proactively assist you in communicating with the carrier and filing any necessary claims to find a swift resolution..

For high-value international orders, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for total peace of mind. Please contact us to arrange this additional service—we are happy to provide you with a tailored quote for your shipment

 

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Each hat is lovingly handcrafted with great attention to detail and carefully inspected before packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition, ready for your special occasion.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via our contact form or WhatsApp +30 6974724503 so that we can work together to reach a suitable solution.To help us find the best solution quickly, please include photos of both the item and the packaging.
