Our Bespoke Approach

All of our hats—including those featured in our collection—are made to order and crafted to your individual measurements and specifications. Each piece is handmade exclusively for you using traditional millinery techniques and premium materials.

Your Involvement in the Process

Throughout the creation of your hat, you will receive regular updates and photographs documenting its progress. This ensures complete transparency and gives you full visibility into the craftsmanship of your piece.

Before dispatch, we will send you final photographs and video of your completed hat for your approval. This is your opportunity to review the finished piece and ensure it meets your expectations.

 

Cancellations

Within 2 Days of Order Placement

All orders may be cancelled within two days of purchase for a full refund. To request a cancellation during this period, please contact us via our contact form  or WhatsApp +30 6974724503.

After the 2-Day Period

  • Collection pieces (without customization): You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at the final approval stage before shipping.
  • Custom orders or collection pieces with requested modifications: Cancellations and refunds are not available after the 2-day period, as the hat has been made specifically to your requirements.

 

Returns Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any hats. Every piece is created specifically for you, ensuring a perfect fit and finish tailored to your preferences.

In accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. As all our hats — including collection pieces — are made to order and crafted individually for each customer, they are exempt from this right. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this exemption.

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:

  • Order cancellation within 2 days of purchase: Full refund to your original payment method.
  • Collection pieces (without customization): If you choose to cancel at the final approval stage before shipping, a full refund will be issued.

Once a refund has been approved, it will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to credit your account. If 15 business days have passed since the refund was approved and you have not yet received it, please contact us via our  contact form

Due to the handmade nature of our work and the size of hat boxes, return shipping costs—along with potential customs fees for orders outside the EU—would be prohibitively expensive and impractical.

Out of respect for your investment, we offer you full transparency throughout the creation process and, for collection pieces without customization, the option to cancel at the final approval stage before shipping. This ensures you receive exactly what you envision while protecting the integrity of our bespoke craft.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Each hat is lovingly handcrafted with great attention to detail and carefully inspected before packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition, ready for your special occasion.

Our trusted partner, DHL, handles delivery, and we personally monitor every shipment. While in transit, responsibilities are handled by the courier, but we are here to assist you throughout the process.
